Terms & Conditions

1. All the garments for laundry and dry cleaning are taken at owner’s risk.
2. While utmost care is taken in processing the garments, Clean@Call will not be responsible for colour fastness, invisible manufacturing defect and shrinkage.
3. While professional method is applied to remove the stains, complete removal of stains is not guaranteed.
4. In case of garments with 2/3 pieces in a set, it is advisable to get the complete set processed together either by laundry or dry cleaning in one process to avoid colour differences.
5. Delivery shall be attempted on ‘Collection +7 days' but may be delayed on rare occasions due to power outage or system glitch or any unforeseen circumstances.
6. In case of loss or damage of any garment, a maximum compensation of 7 times of the laundry/dry cleaning charge will be reimbursed in terms of Free Laundry Vouchers. No cash demand shall be entertained.
7. Customers are requested to collect/accept the garments within one month from the Due date. Post which Clean@Call will not make home delivery free.
8. Storage charge applies after 30 days from the due date @10% of the Tax Invoice value per month, which is to be paid at the time of delivery.
9. After 3 months of the Due Date Clean@Call shall have no responsibility of the garments. Unclaimed garments after 3 months may be donated to the marginal people of the society.
10. Express Service:
(a) 100% extra shall be charged for the same day delivery.
(b) 50% extra shall be charged for next day delivery.
(c) Express service collection time before 12 noon and delivery time between 7 pm to 9 pm.
11. Free pick up and delivery is available on orders of Rs.200 and above only, otherwise a collection and delivery charge shall apply depending on the distance.
12. Any discrepancy found before processing the garment, the same will be intimated to the customer.
13. Request for clothes on hanger or special packaging charges extra.
14. Prices may be revised at given interval every year at management’s decision.
15. All disputes subject to Kolkata Jurisdiction only.
16. When Tax Invoice is raised against any order, it is presumed that the customer has read this TERMS AND CONDITIONS and accepted.
